Find Movement That Brings You Joy

Once upon a time I was a gym rat. Every day I would spend the obligatory amount of time on the treadmill, pick up heavy weights and put them down and do the same thing every day. BORING! Now, every day I do yoga and I dance and I find so much more pleasure in movement.  I’m not moving just to have a flat stomach or keep the booty lifted (although those are nice side effects). I move because I find pleasure in the movement.
